The UCAE Reactivation
Policy requires students to complete the Reactivation Request Form
AND to sign up to receive text alerts regarding upcoming appointments in order to be considered for reactivation
Text Alert Set-Up Instructions:
- Sign in to TutorTrac at tutortrac.uncc.edu
- On the homepage of TutorTrac scroll to right of the screen to view the text reminders information.
- Click the 'Activate' box.
- Send a text message to the address listed on the screen. The body of the text message has no bearing or affect on the setup and activation process.
Once these steps have been completed our office can review your TutorTrac account and restore your access. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding the reactivation policy.
