Welcome to B.E.S.T.!!!

The Building Educational Strengths and Talents office at UNCC designs its program to help our students reach for excellence, maintain focus, and achieve the distinction of becoming the first member of their family to graduate from college.

B.E.S.T. provides services to 150 UNC-Charlotte students who meet eligibility requirements. While most of our achievers are first generation college students, all students and faculty are encouraged to browse our site and discover our program. For Freshmen, the B.E.S.T. Learning Community offers a unique first-year experience that will prepare you to succeed for the rest of your college career.
