About Us

B.E.S.T. is a Federal TRIO Program, known nationwide as Student Support Services (SSS), which has existed for over 30 years on more than 750 college campuses. This program was first awarded to UNC-Charlotte in 1988.

B. E. S. T. provides opportunities for academic development and serves to motivate students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education.
